How to - Make a withdrawal
Withdrawing funds from your Wallet is simple and secure. Follow these steps to start the process.
1. Select your Wallet
Go to the Wallets tab from the bottom navigation menu. Select the Wallet from which you want to withdraw funds (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum).
2. Start the withdrawal
Tap Withdraw on the selected Wallet’s screen. This will initiate the withdrawal process.
3. Verify your identity
To ensure security, you’ll need to verify your identity. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your registered phone number or email address, depending on your preferred contact method. Enter the code on the verification screen.
If you didn’t receive the code, you can resend it or choose the option to verify via another method instead.
Once the code is entered correctly, tap Verify to proceed.
4. Enter the withdrawal address
Once your identity has been verified, provide the external wallet address where you want to send the funds. Double-check the address to ensure accuracy, as transactions cannot be reversed once initiated. When ready, tap Next.
5. Specify the withdrawal amount
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw. You can use the quick percentage buttons (25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%) to select a portion of your available balance or manually enter the amount.
Review the displayed details, including your current balance and the withdrawal amount, then tap Withdraw.
6. Confirm the transaction
Review the confirmation screen, which shows the:
- Wallet you’re withdrawing from.
- External wallet address.
- Withdrawal amount.
If all the details are correct, tap Confirm to proceed.
7. Withdrawal processing
Once the withdrawal is confirmed, you’ll see a message indicating that your withdrawal is being processed. You can:
- Tap Done to return to your Wallets tab.
- Select View details to check the transaction status.
8. View transaction details
If you tap Done, you’ll be directed back to the Wallets tab. Your withdrawal will appear in the transaction history as Processing.
If you tap View details, you’ll see detailed information about your withdrawal, including:
- Transaction ID: This is the unique transaction ID.
- Transaction hash: This allows you to track the transaction on the blockchain.
- Transaction type: Specifies whether it’s a deposit, withdrawal, or transfer.
- Date: Date of transaction
- Time: Time of transaction
- From: Specifies where the funds are from
- To: Specifies where the funds will be headed
- Amount: The total amount withdrawn, including fees if applicable.
You can also navigate to the blockchain explorer by tapping on the hash to track the transaction’s progress.
9. Withdrawal status updates
As the withdrawal progresses, its status will update automatically:
- Processing: The transaction is waiting for blockchain confirmations.
- Successful: Once confirmed on the blockchain, the status will update to Processed.
You can view the transaction status in the Wallets tab.
10. Withdrawal completed
When the withdrawal is complete, your Wallet’s transaction history will reflect the completed transaction, and the funds will be transferred to the external Wallet.
