3. Trading Services and Instruments

Champion Trader offers:

  • CFD trading on MT5
  • Access to forex, stocks, stock indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies, and ETFs
  • Proprietary Derived Indices available 24/7
  • Integration with MetaTrader 5 platform

Key trading conditions:

  • Leveraged trading up to 1:1000 on selected instruments
  • Zero commission trading on major markets
  • Margin requirements vary by instrument
  • The stop-out level applies when the margin falls below 50%

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

Deposits:

  • Available in multiple cryptocurrencies
  • Minimum deposit requirements apply
  • A 2% transfer fee applies between Wallets and MT5 accounts

Withdrawals:

  • Must be requested through your account
  • Processed to the same payment method used for deposits
  • Subject to account verification
  • It may require additional verification for security

5. Risks and Responsibilities

Trading involves significant risks:

  • You may lose all invested capital
  • Leveraged trading can magnify losses

  • Reverse engineer our software
  • Use our intellectual property without permission

8. Termination of Service

We may terminate or suspend services if:

  • You breach these terms
  • We suspect fraudulent activity
  • Required by law or regulations
  • Necessary for risk management purposes

You may close your account by:

  • Closing all open positions,
  • Withdrawing remaining funds, and
  • Contacting customer support.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by British Virgin Islands law, where Champion Trader operates through Deriv (BVI) Ltd under license from the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission.

Disputes will be resolved through:

  1. Our internal complaint process
  2. The Financial Commission (if applicable)
  3. Appropriate legal jurisdiction
