How to - Make a deposit
You can easily deposit funds into your Wallet to start trading or manage your balances. Follow these steps to complete a deposit.
1. Select your Wallet
Go to the Wallets tab from the bottom navigation bar. Choose the Wallet you want to deposit funds into (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum).
2. Start the deposit
Tap Deposit on your selected Wallet’s screen. You’ll see a unique QR code and Wallet address for your deposit. Ensure you:
- Use this Wallet address only for the selected currency.
- Review the minimum deposit amount displayed to avoid errors.
3. Complete the deposit
From your external Wallet or exchange, initiate a transfer to the Wallet address shown. You can:
- Scan the QR code for faster processing.
- Copy and paste the Wallet address into your external Wallet.
After initiating the transfer, tap Done to return to your Wallet’s screen.
4. Monitor your deposit status
Your deposit will appear under the transaction history in your Wallet. Initially, it will show as Processing, indicating it’s awaiting blockchain confirmations.
5. View transaction details
Tap on the transaction to view detailed information, including:
- Transaction ID
- Blockchain hash
- Deposit amount
You can also track the transaction on the blockchain using the hash provided.
6. Deposit completed
Once the blockchain confirms your deposit, the status will update to Successful. Your Wallet balance will automatically reflect the deposited amount.
